Randall J. Krause, Esq.
Randall Krause is President and Co-Founder of ePlace Solutions, Inc., a company specializing in risk management and loss prevention. Prior to co-founding ePlace in 1999, Randy engaged in a national law practice and is a member of the bar in both California and Michigan. Additionally, Randy is the co-founder and current partner of Business Advisors Law Group, a boutique law firm providing advice on a wide range of topics to business clients throughout the United States.
Randy’s legal experience and expertise in various substantive areas of the law continues to serve as the basis for building effective risk management solutions for business organizations in five (5) countries around the globe. As the head of ePlace Solutions, Randy now builds and manages teams of attorneys and other subject matter experts to provide risk management services to tens of thousands of organizations, both large and small, in connection with
(a) employment discrimination/harassment and other alleged workplace wrongdoing,
(b) data privacy and security (focusing on prevention of e-mail fraud, data breaches and ransomware)
(c) corporate governance and preventing lawsuits against corporate directors and officers, and
(d) sexual misconduct involving at-risk populations.
Randy has been a member of many insurance-related organizations and frequent speaker on risk management and loss prevention strategies, especially related to insurance products focused on losses related to cyber/data breach, employment, D&O claims, and sexual misconduct. These include large insurance organizations and private organizations, Advisen, Professional Liability Underwriters Society (PLUS), Risk & Insurance Management Society (RIMS), the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), and the Labor and Employment Law Section of the State Bar of California, among others.

Erich Falke, Esq.
Erich Falke is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining ePlace, Erich was a partner in the Chambers-ranked Privacy and Data Protection department at Baker & Hostetler LLP. While at Baker & Hostetler, Erich counseled clients who had experienced a data security incident in the healthcare, financial, retail, and professional fields.
Erich has an electrical engineering background and, prior to practicing in the privacy and data protection area, spent over 15 years as an intellectual property attorney litigating patent, trade secret and Computer Fraud and Abuse Act claims in federal court and routinely advised clients on intellectual property matters.
As the Vice President of Cybersecurity Risk Management, Erich is responsible for overall operations of ePlace’s cyber risk management services. ePlace’s cyber services minimize risks of cyber attacks by working closely with policyholders to develop and implement sound cybersecurity practices through comprehensive online educational and guidance materials and extensive employee training.

Jena M. Harlos, Esq.
Jena Harlos is a licensed attorney in both California and Wisconsin.
Prior to joining ePlace Solutions in 2019, Jena defended both small, local employers and large (including Fortune 500) companies against claims of discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination, as well as FMLA, CFRA, and ADA violations. She regularly counseled employers regarding sensitive employment matters (e.g., terminations) and compliance with new laws and regulations. She has provided training on a range of employment matters, including sexual harassment training.
As Vice President of EPL Risk Management, Jena leads teams of HR Professionals and HR Analysts in providing comprehensive HR risk management services to thousands of organizations nationwide by delivering practical guidance for complicated legal and regulatory requirements under state and federal law. Areas of guidance cover the entirety of the employment relationship from hiring to discipline to termination, employee leave options, wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, workforce training, and more.
In 2018 and 2019, Jena was selected to the Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers Rising Stars List. She received her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Jill Ostrove, Esq.
Jill Ostrove is the Vice President for SML, HR/EPL for Public Entities, and D&O at ePlace Solutions, Inc. She is a licensed attorney in California, where she received her JD from Western State University College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of California, Riverside.
Prior to joining ePlace Solutions, Jill gained significant experience in civil law, including bankruptcy, real estate law, landlord tenant disputes, breach of contract, insurance defense, and criminal prosecution.
As a prosecutor, Jill trained law enforcement and handled thousands of cases from investigation through filing, hearings, jury trials, and sentencing. Those cases encompassed gang crimes, domestic violence and sexual misconduct, child abuse, animal cruelty, substance abuse, sex offender crimes, vehicular manslaughter, and everything in between.
As the Vice President for SML, HR/EPL for Public Entities, and D&O Jill is responsible for oversight of all units. She develops policies, procedures, and extensive training materials to meet an organization’s risk management needs.

Manya Mohoff
Manya brings over 20 years of experience in the risk-management industry with ePlace Solutions. In her current role of Vice President of Operations, Manya provides operational leadership for the organization, manages the overall strategy in each practice area and identifies new areas for growth. Additionally, Manya supervises ePlace’s information, administrative, and IT teams and is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures, and resources.
Manya is skilled in complex customer relationship management programs (CRM) which allow her team to provide individual attention to over 10,000 clients including the monthly distribution of over 120,000 emails. Her administrative team is well versed in programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional resulting in the best custom designed risk-management materials available.

Bernice Wheelock
Bernice has over 20 years’ experience working in human resources. In her current role, Bernice provides HR guidance and advice to both small and large employers in a wide variety of industries.
Prior to joining ePlace in 2014, Bernice worked as an HR Manager for a research and development company, handling all aspects of HR from recruitment to benefits administration. Bernice graduated from California State University, Fresno and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR) from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Elizabeth Davis
Elizabeth has over 16 years marketing experience. Prior to joining ePlace, Elizabeth worked in specialty lines insurance, financial software, and OSHA related fire and safety services where she was responsible for marketing plans and programs, branding, customer communications, and social media.
In her current role with ePlace, Elizabeth is responsible for the outbound marketing activities focused on conceiving and developing marketing programs that drive demand including email marketing and content management. She manages the planning and organizing of marketing functions to achieve company objectives.
Elizabeth is also the manager of ePlace’s Outreach Team, responsible for all initial client outreach for all lines of business.
