Jury Awards $300 Million to 3 Women Who Alleged Sex Abuse by a Doctor at a Virginia Children’s Hospital
After 46 former patients sued the Cumberland Hospital for Children and Adolescents in New Kent, VA, which treats vulnerable children, and Dr. Daniel Davidow, the hospital’s longtime medical director, a jury has ruled in favor of 3 women who alleged they were sexually abused while patients at the hospital, awarding them a total of $300 million.
