A 34-year-old man who worked as a security guard in Fullerton, CA has been booked on suspicion of assault with the intent to rape; kidnapping; sexual battery of a minor; and impersonating a police officer.

A state foster shelter has closed after 2 teenage girls, 13 and 16-years-old, in the care of Child Protective Services in Texas, were allegedly sexually assaulted after sneaking out of a facility run by the state agency.

Police are concerned there are additional victims of a Georgia man who identifies as a "witch doctor" who is in custody after allegedly assaulting a woman at an apartment complex during a "ritual."

An East Lansing man has been arrested on multiple charges after the FBI raided his house and seized 10 guns; sex toys; electronic devices; images and videos of a teen girl having sex with the man; photographs of the Au Pair employee naked and videos of her assault; and items consistent with drug trafficking.

The bill, amongst other things, would require all hospitals in the state with an emergency room to have staff available 24 hours a day who are trained to conduct forensic examinations for sexual assault victims, eliminating the problem of victims traveling hours to find a provider properly trained to complete forensic examinations, as there are only a few hospitals in the state with personnel who are properly trained to collect evidence from rape victims.
